Opportunities For Adults
Boy Scouts of America is a wonderful program that helps boys develop strong character, leadership skills, and a sense of community. However, none of this would be possible without the dedication and hard work of adult volunteers.

In a typical scout unit, adult volunteers take on a variety of roles, including troop leaders, pack leaders, den leaders, committee members, and event coordinators. These individuals work together to plan and execute the unit’s activities, events, and meetings. They also serve as mentors for the scouts, helping to guide and encourage them as they work towards earning badges and achievements.
Adult volunteers play a vital role in the overall success of a Scout unit. They serve as positive role models, helping to instill the values of the Scout Oath and Law in the scouts. They provide a sense of community and belonging, helping to create a positive and supportive environment for the scouts to grow and develop.
The need for adult volunteers in a Scout unit is essential, and it is a rewarding experience for those who choose to get involved. It’s a chance to give back to the community, mentor the next generation, and have fun in the process. If you are interested in volunteering with pack or troop 367, please contact our Committee Chairperson. Your time and energy will make a real difference in the lives of the scouts, and you will be an important part of creating a strong and vibrant community.
